In the fall of 2017 I was able to convince Peter Salerno and Diane Boyer that we should go outside of the box with the kitchen/breakfast room at the Saddle River Showhouse. While remaining the heart of the home, our kitchen area is for every person to enjoy. It is not only a special place for cooking and eating, it is a place for quiet contemplation from our hectic world. It gives us a moment to enjoy the people in our lives that we value. We chose to turn the breakfast area into a sculpture garden and combined the culinary arts with the visual arts.
